It really sounds (to me) like he's delivering his version of "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot". He very well could be, as it's a song that I've sung to him on occasion to calm him down while I'm driving and can't reach him. Admittedly, the melody is thrown under the bus after the title phrases, but give him a break, he's still shy of eight months old. In addtion to the lovely singing, you viewers are also treated to his new consonant, "b", some funny toy banging, and a bit of his priceless eye-rubbing.
